Level/Salary Range:   Start at $12/hr for training, raise to $13.45/hr when instated to full time position.

Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

Front house management including:

Front house daily responsibilities as main staff on duty
Barista duties, food handling, admission, customer service
Cleaning, maintenance
Supplies up-kept and orders submitted
Birthday party preparation
Coordinate with other staff when on shift together
Report to owner
Manage facility when owner is away
Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Foodsafe, Emergency First Aid, Criminal Record Check.   If you do not have the first two, training will be provided.

Preferred Skills

Customer service, time management, people skills, attention to detail, barista experience

Additional Notes

Training will take place over the first month of employment.  Upon satisfactory completion of training, Full-time hours will be instated and the respective raise to Assistant Manager will occur.
